Do I need a monthly subscription to use these cameras?
No. Basic live viewing, motion alerts and local recording work with no monthly fee. Cloud storage is optional, and some premium cloud features — such as 911 emergency dial access — require a subscription, which is always optional.
Is a microSD card included?
The card is not included in the package. You can buy a microSD card (up to 128GB) to record video locally. Some models support capacities of 4GB up to 256GB — check the specs on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I call 911 without subscribing to cloud storage?
Our 24/7 professional alarm monitoring service is included with the cloud subscription. Without an active cloud plan the 911 emergency call feature is not available.
Which functions require payment?
Cloud service functions require payment. The basic functions — live view, motion alerts and local recording — are free to use.
Can I use an SD card with the indoor camera?
Yes. The indoor security camera works with microSD cards up to 128GB. You will need to supply your own card, as it is not included in the package.
